The Town Council of the Town of Sneads, Florida is concerned with the orderly development of land within the Town of Sneads, Florida. Therefore, we require Developmental Orders (DO) before any modifications to a property are done. The property owner or contractor (with a copy of contract) gets the DO, takes it to the Jackson County Building Department for them to issue the permit.
