The Town’s Maintenance/ Street Department is responsible for maintaining sewer lines and water mains. They are responsible for all road maintenance, right-of-way cutting, storm drain maintenance, inmate work crews, as well as curbside debris. They also make emergency repairs during storms and other natural disasters.
The Town’s Wastewater Treatment Plant is responsible for all wastewater generated in the city by ensuring the waste is properly removed and treated to ensure compliance with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
